Who We Are

Josh

After serving over 8 years as the Vice President of a large-scale construction development firm- overseeing nearly $100M in construction contracts during that time alone- Joshua Mousseau founded Domus Port in 2015 in search of something different. Bored with the monotonous day to day grind of large scale- multifamily housing, Josh started working on smaller residential projects were the relationship with the client and the final product became much more intimate.

While those residential projects were more unique and engaging for Josh, he still longed for something more. Now, nearly a half decade later, Joshua is focused on bringing projects both big and small to life.

Josh likes to spend his downtime on the water with his family or at the golf course.

Paulie

After working as a Quality Control Specialist for nearly a decade, Paulie joined Domus Port in 2017. While construction wouldn’t have been considered her strong suite at the time, her dedication and eagerness to learn has lead her to evolve into a great site supervisor. She oversees multiple crews with ease and is well respected among her peers.

In addition to her active role on site, Paulie also serves as the Property Manager for Domus Port which has helped further her knowledge and leadership in the industry.

Paulie feels most at home when she is getting her hands dirty whether it is fixing old cars or gardening.
